Mesquite, TX – Galindo & Boyd announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire Arahed Lathing Corp., a leading plastering company in San Antonio, TX.
The acquisition of Arahed will give Galindo & Boyd a strong platform across the San Antonio and Austin area, with the opportunity for additional expansion.
The acquisition will also expand the existing G&B family of companies by adding Galindo & Boyd Arahed, another leading LLC and market, to its’ brand.
